Shipping & Returns products are only available in the United States and the US Virgin Islands. Orders process within 24-48 hours of receipt.  We do not ship to APO & FPO addresses.  The average* transit time is 5-10 business days (holidays may impact this time frame) unless expedited and may vary based on location.  Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may experience longer transit times.

Once the carrier shows the order has been successfully delivered, it is considered fulfilled and complete.  OXZGEN is not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not provide replacements.

Expedited shipping & insurance may be offered and if selected, the associated costs will be charged to the customer at the time the order is placed.  Requests for expedited shipping or insurance after the order completes will not be honored.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. is not responsible for refunding fees if the carrier fails to fulfill their commitment.

Expedited shipping requests are processed upon receipt of the order during business hours.  Based on the time of day and the carriers’ pickup times, the order may ship the same day or be processed with priority the next business day.

We do not expedite to PO Boxes.

Once the carrier confirms an order has been successfully delivered, it is considered fulfilled and complete. is not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not provide replacements.

If an order is returned to with insufficient postage, the customer is responsible for the additional fee.  Similarly, if the customer requests the package be reshipped, the customer is responsible for the subsequent shipping & handling fees.

Returns and Refund Policy

Products can be returned within 15 days of the order date.  Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition.  Returns can be initiated through any of the following methods:

Product(s) must be returned to at the address below.  Refunds will be issued, minus shipping & handling and a 25% Restocking Fee, once the product has been received by and has cleared the inspection process.  Eligible refunds will be made to the billing method used for the original purchase for Customers while existing & former Representatives will be refunded to an eGift Card.  Refunds will be authorized within 15 days of receipt of the returned product by MyEPIC.Store.

Please note:  This MyEpic.Store Returns and Refund Policy supersedes E.P.I.C. or any other Vendor, Client Policy.  For E.P.I.C Representatives, once you have earned commission on a product, and are outside of the 15-day Return Period, you are no longer eligible for a cash refund and will receive store credit.

Process for Return

For a product return to be processed efficiently, we request that you:

  1. Initiate a return request and refund by email or phone
  2. Provide your original order number and reason for return
  3. On the outside of the return shipment box, clearly print the original order number in indelible ink
  4. Packages without visible order numbers may be rejected by & returned

You are responsible for prepaying all shipping costs related to the returned items. does not accept collect packages.

You are encouraged to add a prepaid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all return packages.  If returned product is not received by, it is your responsibility to trace the shipment.

Incorrect or Damaged Product Policy

If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, you must notify within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

We require a photo of the incorrect or damaged order, and a copy of the invoice that was included in your package. Once all documentation has been received and the product has been confirmed by to be unopened, unused & resalable, replacement items will ship within 15 days.  You may be required to return the damaged order and we may request the return of any item prior to replacing it.
